The Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for drivingstrategic growth for the studio through proactive relationship-building,partnerships, and early-stage project involvement.

This role focuses on long-term, sustainable growth, buildinga strong, predictable pipeline across residential, multi-residential, andaligned commercial opportunities.

The Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and pursue new businessopportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships withdevelopers, consultants, and industry partners

- Act as a trusted point of contact for keyexternal relationships

- Nurture long-term partnerships that align withthe studio’s positioning and values

- Attend relevant industry events, memberships,and networking opportunities





- Represent the brand confidently andprofessionally

- Build and manage a sustainable, forward-lookingpipeline

- Track leads, opportunities, and conversionrates

- Provide reporting and insights on marketactivity and development trends

- Identify emerging opportunities within thelocal and regional market

- Work closely with leadership and the ProjectCoordinator to ensure smooth handover of new projects

- Align growth efforts with studio capacity anddelivery capability

- Support and represent the brand evolution through strategicpartnerships and positioning

The Requirements

- Background in interior design, construction,property development, or professional services preferred

- Established network within the residential ordesign/construction industry (highly regarded)

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Commercially minded with an analytical approachto growth

- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
