Civeo Australia is seeking an Onboarding & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is based in Brisbane or Perth with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 from home) and will drive end-to-end onboarding, pre-employment medicals, compliance, and site mobilisation activities.
You will liaise with medical providers, manage documentation, and support a high-volume onboarding process while delivering a positive candidate experience across national sites.
