This collaborative role will shape the department’s performance outcomes through your valuable guidance and expertise.

Desirable Qualifications:

- CBAP®, ITIL®, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management or associated certifications. BABOK knowledge.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee complex and specialist business functions through critical analysis and documentation
- Mentor and coach a team of Senior Business Analysts to facilitate exemplary support to key stakeholders
- Deeply understand the ever-evolving business needs of the organisation to establish sound IT solutions and services
- Coordinate gathering sessions to inform relevant stakeholders of business requirements, project timelines and operational impacts
- Implement strategic direction surrounding emerging technologies to improve IT solutions.

- You have led and coached a high-functioning team of business analysts
- You possess knowledge of integral project management and ICT frameworks
- You are proficient in South Australian Government ICT policies and guidelines
