Your role will see you:
Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client’s recovery from injury.
Conduct a range of assessments including Functional assessments.
Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
Restoring the functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.
High-level customer service and providing clients with a can-do attitude.
Account management responsibilities if of interest
Return to Work coordination, Injury Management and everything in-between!
You will come to the role with the following skills:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy. Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists are welcomed to apply also!
AHPRA registration, ESSA Membership or ASORC Membership
High level spoken and written communication skills
A positive, qualified, and friendly manner
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Driver’s license & car
