Job Description

JK Framework Pty Ltd We are looking for reliable and hardworking Carpenter and Joiner with hands-on experience in delivering high-quality structural and other carpentry projects across residential construction and renovation projects in Australia. Candidate should be proficient in constructing, erecting, installing, renovating, and repairing structures and fixtures using timber, plywood, lightweight steel, wallboard, and other materials.

A quick learner with excellent attention to detail and strong work ethics. Advantages Stable full-time employment Opportunity to learn and work on diverse construction projects Competitive Salary Task & responsibilities Study architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings to determine materials, dimensions, and installation requirements. Complete site setouts and construct timber wall and ceiling frames, partitions, eaves, and roofing structures.

Select, measure, mark and order appropriate timber, hardware and other building materials, and prepare detailed site layouts in accordance with project requirements. Install structural and internal components, including flooring, stairs, panelling, partitions, and timber framing using appropriate fixings. Install windows, doors, and associated hardware, including hinges, handles, locks, and smart locks.

Construct and erect timber wall frames, partitions,



roof frames and other structural components, ensuring structures are accurately aligned, level, plumb and true. Install sub-flooring, floorboards and other timber flooring components, ensuring secure fixing, accurate positioning and appropriate finishes. Perform finishing carpentry and internal fitouts, including wardrobes, skirting, architraves, bathroom second-fix work, and media walls.

Undertake residential renovations, including the repair, replacement, and upgrading of damaged timber structures. Qualification & experience Certificate III in Carpentry Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Carpenter in residential and construction projects. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
