You’ll balance consistent commercial mortgage valuations with more engaging, technically sharp work across family law, compulsory acquisition, development and financial reporting. The kind of work that actually builds your profile in the market — not just your volume.

The Role

You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy across a diverse valuation portfolio, supported directly by a well-regarded Director.

- Deliver commercial mortgage valuations across office, industrial and retail assets
- Take on specialised instructions across family law,



compulsory acquisition and financial reporting
- Contribute to development and advisory-style valuation work
- Manage your own portfolio with flexibility around how you structure your week
- Work closely with the Director on complex, high-value instructions
- Build capability across both consistent volume work and more technical assignments

What You’ll Bring

- Certified Practising Valuer (or working towards)
- Experience across commercial, industrial, retail or residential valuations
- Exposure to or interest in family law, compulsory acquisition, development or financial reporting work
- Ability to manage your own workload and communicate directly with clients
