Egis Group is seeking a Principal Water Resources Engineer to deliver consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects locally, nationally and internationally. You will provide technical leadership and manage client relationships and project finances.

You will lead business development with existing clients, perform risk assessments, apply flood and water balance modelling, and mentor junior engineers within a supportive team. This role is based in Newcastle with versatile work options.
