Kaizen Global Technologies in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our enterprise team and help design and scale mission-critical services across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will own substantial portions of the backend, drive best practices, and mentor junior developers.

You will work with Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security, building microservices with REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven patterns, and Kafka/IBM MQ messaging.
