Birdon Group is seeking a System Safety Engineer in Australia to lead safety requirements across defence shipbuilding projects. You will work with engineers to ensure compliance from design through certification and foster best practices in safety management.

Responsibilities include applying FTA/ETA/HAZOP methods, developing SARs and Safety Case documentation, and mentoring staff. Hybrid roles across Port Macquarie, Sydney or Perth are available.
