ICT Service Delivery Officer
Waratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting prospect available for a ICT Service Delivery Officer to support our growing municipality.

Waratah-Wynyard Council is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our Corporate Services team. This is a hands-on role providing responsive first and second level ICT support across Council’s technology environment.
You will be an important first point of contact for staff requiring ICT assistance and will help deliver a professional, reliable and positive customer experience.
As ICT Service Delivery Officer, you will provide day-to-day technical support across Council, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room technology, Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests, supporting user access and equipment requirements, maintaining accurate ICT asset information and escalating more complex technical matters when required.
The role will also contribute to improving Council’s ICT services through knowledge sharing, documentation, identifying recurring issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a permanent full-time position working 75 hours over a 9-day fortnight.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience providing ICT helpdesk, service desk, end-user computing or application support.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
- A Certificate III or IV in Information Technology, an equivalent
- Well-developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
