The Fair Work Ombudsman (OFWO) is seeking Fair Work Infoline Advisers to support employees and employers with workplace rights assistance. Roles are based in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth with both part-time and full time hours available.
Training occurs in-office; some work-from-home is possible when not required to attend the office. Advisers provide practical, clear advice over the phone, handle a high-volume of inquiries, and navigate multiple systems to give accurate information.
