Vail Resorts Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Food & Beverage – Australia to shape and lead the F&B; experience across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. Based in Jindabyne, this role blends strategic influence with hands-on leadership across multi-site operations.

You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, events and on-mountain experiences, building leadership teams, driving revenue and margin, and delivering guest memories that match the mountain’s scale.
