City of Newcastle is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to lead the design phase of diverse civil projects and manage a portfolio of work. You will partner with stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver creative and community-focused outcomes, from roads to recreational infrastructure.

You will mentor junior designers, champion continuous improvement, and help maintain design standards while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
