Mercy Community is seeking a Clinical Lead – Residential Services Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership over the residential aged care service. You will oversee nursing, care and lifestyle staff, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies.

You will lead workforce planning, coaching and governance, drive quality improvements and support care planning, risk management and incident response in a dynamic aged care setting.
