Westpac Group is seeking a senior engineer to lead the enterprise migration from AppDynamics to Elastic Observability using OpenTelemetry. You will define instrumentation standards, automate telemetry pipelines and champion SRE practices across engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities include deploying automated checks, decommissioning legacy tooling, and building reusable patterns to improve reliability and scalability. Robust communication across a large enterprise is essential.
