Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane is seeking a Scheduling & Workforce Operations Manager to lead the scheduling and workforce optimisation across Aged Care & Home Safety. You will report to the General Manager – Aged Care & Home Safety and drive strategic direction, rostering quality and data‑driven decision making.

You will build a high‑performing team, ensure compliance with industrial instruments, and partner with regional leaders to align deployment with funding and regulatory requirements.
