We service and repair a wide range of vehicles, including a high volume of European and luxury vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and more. Key responsibilities
- General mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Logbook and scheduled servicing
- Brake, suspension and steering repairs
- Cooling system repairs
- Engine and general mechanical repairs
- Basic diagnostics and fault finding
- Vehicle inspections
- Identifying additional repairs or maintenance required
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
About you
- Be a qualified Motor Mechanic or currently studying towards an automotive mechanical qualification
- If currently studying, have good practical mechanical knowledge and previous hands-on workshop experience
- Have previous experience working in a mechanical workshop
- Be confident carrying out servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs
- Have good mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience working with European vehicles is highly regarded, but not essential
- Be able to work independently where appropriate and also work well as part of a team
- Have solid attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship
- Be reliable, punctual and organised
- Hold a valid Australian Driver Licence
