ACCC is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to lead a team of lawyers and provide high level strategic legal advice under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

You will work alongside the Chair, Commissioners and senior executives, manage complex matters before courts, and guide regulatory and national infrastructure regimes.

Applicants should have substantial senior legal experience and be admitted to an Australian court, with tertiary qualifications; versatile working arrangements are supported.
