We’re seeking an enthusiastic staff member to join our fast-paced Administration team in the Histology Department. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include performing a wide range of histology administrative tasks :

- Coordinate histopathology testing requests, including preparing and dispatching samples and slides.
- Liaise with pathologists, laboratories, external clients and research teams to support diagnostic and research testing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely case management.
- Maintain laboratory records, billing and administrative activities,



while providing efficient phone and email support to internal and external stakeholders.

- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
- Excellent phone manner and strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
