- 2-4 years' experience across brand, social, content and marketing (We can consider more junior options for the right fit)

WHO WE ARE

We are an Australian-made suncare brand with a growing global retail footprint. As we continue to scale across DTC and retail, we're looking for a hands-on Brand Manager with a strong content and social focus to join our growing team.

You'll work closely with the founders and wider marketing team in a rapid-paced setting, helping bring the brand to life across social, content, influencer partnerships and campaigns. Organisation, creativity, initiative and attention to detail are key.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on content and social. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day social presence, coordinate content production and work across influencers, affiliates, campaigns, customer experience and retail marketing.

You'll collaborate closely with the DTC marketing team, founders, creators and external partners to turn ideas into engaging content and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Own and coordinate the social media content calendar across Instagram and other relevant channels
- Coordinate content from concept and briefing through to production, approvals and publishing
- Work with creators, influencers and affiliates to source, brief and manage content
- Manage influencer and affiliate relationships including sourcing, onboarding, gifting, briefing,



content delivery and performance tracking
- Help develop ideas for social-first content, campaigns and brand activations
- Work with graphic designers, videographers and editors to brief and deliver creative assets
- Ensure content stays on-brand, engaging and aligned with campaign priorities
- Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve content and engagement
- Support customer experience and loyalty initiatives designed to strengthen retention and community
- Coordinate retail marketing assets and campaign activity
- Work closely with the founders and wider marketing team across day-to-day campaign execution
- Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables don't slip

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 2-4 years' experience across brand, social, content or marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and what makes content engaging
- Experience managing or coordinating social content calendars
- Experience working with influencers, creators, affiliates, agencies or freelancers
- A robust eye for content, brand and creative
- Confidence briefing designers, videographers, editors and other creative partners
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience using ClickUp or a similar project management platform
- Understanding of Instagram and social scheduling platforms
- Ability to use social insights and performance data to inform content
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience within FMCG, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is highly desirable
