Team Global Express is seeking a strategic National Manager, RTO Training & Compliance to build and lead our national RTO capability across a workforce of around 2,500 employees. This newly created role sets the strategy, governance and standards for training, licensing and competency across TGE Freight.

You will lead a team of six Driver Trainers, partner with Operations, Safety and People leaders, and drive continuous improvement in training while ensuring WHS and Chain of Responsibility
