If you love to drive, visit our Willoughby Career Discovery Day to learn everything there is to know about becoming a bus driver and joining the Busways team!

Full training is provided. For eligible applicants Busways will upgrade your drivers licence from C class to Medium Rigid (MR) with ongoing support along with accreditations that are required for you to become a bus driver.

Applicants who hold a current, valid Medium Rigid or above driver's licence and have a good driving history are encouraged to attend.

Sign-on bonus available when you gain the employment.

We offer a 4-week paid driver training program that will build on your current heavy vehicle skills and knowledge to navigate the roads as a skilled Bus Driver.

This Event Will Be Comprised Of Two Sessions

- 10:00AM-12:00PM
- 12:30PM-2:30PM

What To Expect On The Day

- Watch a short presentation




- A bus driving demonstration in the bus
- A chance to get your application rolling by completing a drive test/assessment with one of our accredited trainers in a bus
- Job Interview if interested
- The chance to speak to our friendly recruitment team
- Light food and drink

Please wear closed in shoes and if you require reading glasses, please also bring these on the day.
