You will manage a diverse arrears and recovery portfolio, collaborating with customers, legal representatives, recovery partners and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes and minimise financial losses.

The role requires 5+ years in collections or credit, robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a disciplined, results-driven approach.
