CBCity is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Leisure & Aquatic Operations to provide in office leadership at Birrong Leisure & Aquatic Centre. You will guide and support staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for our community.

You will perform weekly Duty Manager shifts and focus on supervisory, administrative and operational duties while upholding safety, quality and service standards.
