About the Role

Join our Mental Health Clinical Program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers. As a Social Worker, you will:

- Deliver evidence based, recovery focused mental health care
- Lead psychosocial and family assessments, care planning and reviews
- Coordinate care and provide crisis, rehabilitation and assertive support
- Build partnerships with consumers, families, carers and key services
- Contribute to education, research, quality improvement and supervision

About You

You’ll bring sound mental health Social Work expertise and a recovery focused approach, along with:

- A degree eligible for AASW full membership
- Clinical experience in mental health and complex care
- Skilled psychosocial, family, safety and housing assessment
- Strong care planning, intervention and risk assessment skills
- Team-oriented practice across multidisciplinary teams
