BaptistCare Sunshine in Victoria is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Family Violence Practitioner to provide specialist support to victim survivors. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to program development within a client-centered, culturally sensitive framework.

Working within a cooperative team, you will lead therapeutic case management, offer counselling services, and mentor staff while liaising with police, courts, and child protection
