We're looking for a driven, client-focused Financial Adviser to join our team. From day one you'll have full back-office support, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Associates, Review Officers and Client Service Officers to research, build, implement and review strategies for new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

- Meeting new and existing clients, using our proven engagement tools to deliver a standout client experience.

- Applying your technical knowledge and critical thinking - alongside our Associates -to craft holistic, compliant advice that's genuinely in each client's best interest.

- Owning your client relationships as their primary point of contact, supported by our Review Officers and CSOs.

- Upholding the high service standard MWS is known for.

- Staying sharp on the financial planning landscape - legislation, compliance obligations, strategy and product.





- Partnering with our referral partners to implement your advice smoothly and effectively.

- Growing the business through proactive lead management and strong professional relationships.

- Contributing to a positive, collaborative culture and helping the whole team get better.

- Jumping into process improvements and projects beyond your day-to-day.

What you'll bring

- Current authorisation as a financial adviser (relevant provider) on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register.

- Education standard met: an approved bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent), or eligibility under the experienced provider pathway, in line with the current professional standards.

- Passed the Financial Adviser Exam and up to date with your CPD obligations.

- Minimum 2 years' experience providing holistic financial advice.

- Experience with Xplan (desirable) or an equivalent platform.

- Exceptional organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- A committed, caring attitude focused on productivity, high-quality service and client goals.

- The ability to juggle competing priorities calmly and effectively.

- A positive, can-do approach and strong attention to detail.

- Professional presentation and a polished, self-motivated manner.

- A genuine team player who can also run their own race.
