Through Inbound and Outbound calls, take ownership of an assigned account base and proactively build strong customer connections to uncover opportunities and deliver high-quality, pre-qualified leads to the Commercial and Industrial sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and outbound customer contact activities.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
- Coordinate daily transport schedules and vehicle bookings.
- Enter and maintain transport jobs.
- Monitor transport activities and communicate delays.
- Assist with route planning and fleet utilisation.
- Prepare manifests and waste tracking documentation.
- Support Dangerous Goods, EPA and Chain of Responsibility compliance.
- Coordinate with drivers, subcontractors and operations personnel.
- Monitor driver paperwork and compliance records.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling.
- Support operational KPI reporting.
- Assist with after-hours and emergency response coordination.
- Contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture.
- Perform administrative duties supporting Sales, Operations and Transport teams.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dangerous Goods and CoR knowledge advantageous
