Integrity Testing Technician(s) – Fuel Systems (LOB - Tank & Line Testing)

We’re seeking a detail-focused and hands-on technician to join our extended team, specialising in tank and line integrity testing across Australia

This is a hands-on role working across retail service stations, commercial fand industrial storage and refuelling facilities, offering variety in your day-to-day work and the opportunity to travel throughout Perth, WA and across Australia.

About the Role

You will be primarily responsible for conducting precision testing and inspections on underground and above-ground fuel storage systems, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and leak-free.

Using industry-leading systems Leighton O’Brien (LOB - Titan Cloud), you’ll play a critical role in maintaining environmental compliance and operational integrity across a wide range of sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct tank and line integrity testing on USTs, ASTs, and associated piping systems

- Perform precision pipeline and tank tightness testing using digital and hydrostatic methods

- Inspect fuel systems including piping, leak detection systems, submersible pumps, and vapor recovery systems

- Carry out containment testing of sumps and spill prevention equipment

- Identify and troubleshoot issues such as fuel loss or water ingress





- Complete all testing documentation and compliance reporting accurately and on time

- Work to planned testing schedules across multiple sites

- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and environmental regulations

- Service and maintenance tasks may also form part of the role where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in fuel industry, mechanical, electrical, or similar trade (desirable)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict testing procedures

- Proven ability to work autonomously in field-based roles

- Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills

- Commitment to safety and compliance

- Willingness to travel and work away regularly

- Current driver’s licence
