Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Franchise Recruitment Manager to own the pipeline of franchisee candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for recent partners. You will inform site allocation decisions with data and partner closely with senior leaders and the franchisee network.

You will lead multi‑phase recruitment, onboarding, and strategic planning to support growth while ensuring compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and related documentation.
