- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all payroll inputs by verifying attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Consolidates and reviews payroll data to ensure proper computation before final approval and processing.
- Coordinates and executes approved salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive payouts. Ensures that all compensation changes are properly documented, approved, and reflected in payroll and HR systems.
- Prepares, updates, and secures compensation-related records and databases for easy reference and audit compliance. Generates regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making and statutory reporting.
- Supports internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate payroll data, reports, and supporting documents. Contributes to documenting standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and compliant payroll practices.
