Our client is a growing national MSP looking for a Solutions Engineer to help organisations across Australia design, modernise and improve their technology environments.

This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, identifying technical challenges and designing practical solutions that genuinely make a difference. What you'll be doing...

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with customers, internal teams and vendors to design solutions that align technical requirements with business objectives.

You'll lead discovery workshops, develop solution designs, scope projects and provide technical leadership throughout delivery to ensure projects achieve the outcomes originally envisioned.

Key responsibilities:





- Leading technical discovery workshops and customer engagements
- Understanding technical and business requirements
- Designing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure and security
- Producing solution designs, scopes of work and technical recommendations
- Identifying risks, dependencies and implementation considerations
- Supporting project estimation and commercial scoping activities
- Presenting proposed solutions to customers and stakeholders
- Providing technical guidance throughout project delivery
- Acting as a trusted technical point of contact during implementations
- Contributing to internal standards, documentation and continual improvement initiatives

What we're looking for...

You may currently be working as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Senior Project Engineer or in a similar role where you've been responsible for both designing and delivering technology solutions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes rather than simply supporting existing environments.

You'll bring:

- Experience working within an MSP, systems integrator or technology services workplace
- Experience leading discovery sessions and engaging directly with customers
- Strong solution design, documentation and technical communication skills
- Experience delivering infrastructure,



cloud or modern workplace projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments
- Exposure to networking, infrastructure and cyber security technologies
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project scope, effort and delivery outcomes
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with ConnectWise, project services environments or multi-vendor solutions will be highly regarded.
