About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Workshop Technician / Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our busy workshop, preparing our fleet and equipment for projects across Australia. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
This is a full-time residential position, working Monday to Friday, 10-hour days, offering great work-life balance with your weekends free.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role you'll:
- Install vehicle accessories including bull bars, trays, side steps and other aftermarket equipment.
- Prepare company vehicles and equipment for mobilisation to site.
- Assist tradespeople with workshop maintenance and mechanical tasks.
- Wash, detail and present vehicles to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop.
- Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering quality workmanship.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things properly and works well as part of a team.
Ideally you'll have:
- Mechanical aptitude or previous workshop experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Current Australian work rights.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Forklift Licence.
- Trade qualification or experience in a mechanical or automotive environment.
