We are is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Logistics Officer to join our client a leading organisation within the waste and recycling industry, based in Kilburn.

About the role:

- Coordinating daily vehicle and fleet movements
- Supporting route planning and scheduling
- Communicating with drivers and operational staff
- Monitoring fleet requirements and responding to operational issues
- Assisting with vehicle availability and allocation
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks




- Supporting compliance with transport and fleet requirements
- Assisting with reporting, data entry and general logistics administration

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination or dispatch
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
