Mercy Health Australia is seeking a dedicated skilled to join the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing, in a fixed-term, 18-month role. The position is onsite and part of a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team delivering recovery-focused care to clients with mental illness.

You will engage consumers, provide quality care, and assist with physical health monitoring and depot clinics, while collaborating with the treating team to support recovery goals.
