About The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer (Receivables) to join our team at the MTA Training and Employment Centre in Royal Park. This full-time role is responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions for MTA and GTS, ensuring income is accounted for correctly, reconciled, and collected in a timely manner. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the Finance team, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you Will Do:

- Maintain client database and accounts receivable systems
- Issue invoices and reconcile ledgers
- Prepare debtors reports and follow up outstanding payments
- Process receipts and update financial systems
- Reconcile grants and membership records
- Undertake credit assessments for new hosts
- Reconcile bank accounts and support the finance team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- SACE or equivalent (Associate Diploma in Accounting/Finance preferred)
- Experience in accounts receivable/payable and accounting principles




- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; finance software experience a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork
