GenesisCare is seeking an External Site Lead to oversee patient services across external sites. You will supervise reception, patient administration and accounts, while coordinating clinical governance activities and MDT meetings.

In this hands-on leadership role you will partner with the Practice Manager on projects, manage chemotherapy bookings and the Doctor’s diary, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery to benefit patient experience.
