As a Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the store, coach and develop team members, and help create a positive and high-performing culture that reflects Specsavers' values.
About the Role
Reporting to the Store Partner/Retail Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily store operations
- Support, coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the customer journey
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Monitor retail standards, merchandising, stock management and store presentation
- Assist with rostering to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Drive team engagement and foster a collaborative workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Support the achievement of sales, service and operational targets
What we are looking for:
- Retail or customer service experience
- Experience mentoring, training or supporting colleagues
- Strong computer literacy
- Professional presentation
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility to work retail trading hours, including:
- Weekends
- Late-night trading as required
