Are you looking for a casual administration role where no two days are the same?

Rocky Point is looking for a Site Administrator to join our Goulburn team. You'll provide hands-on support across administration, purchasing, logistics and production, helping keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.

This role would be around 25 hours per week across Monday - Friday. A great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role that fits around family or other commitments.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Welcoming visitors and truck drivers to site and ensuring they sign inCreating purchase orders and distributing them to suppliersReceipting purchase orders and reconciling invoicesCreating and processing production work orders for the manufacturing teamMaintaining accurate filing and ensuring paperwork is readily available when requiredPurchasing site consumables and sourcing competitive pricingOrganising and booking transport in line with company processesChecking freight rates against budgets and booking transport time slotsLiaising with customers and transport providers regarding freight movements and timeframesPreparing dispatch and warehouse paperwork, dockets, consignment notes and plant health certificatesOrganising pallet labels for transport, depot and ordersReconciling packing slips and PODs from driversPreparing mixed pallet documentation and ensuring all required information is capturedProviding general administration support across the site as requiredAssisting the Queensland Logistics team when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with people, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You'll Ideally Have

Previous experience in an administration roleStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to build positive relationships with customers,



suppliers and internal stakeholdersThe ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and informationStrong organisational and time management skillsA proactive approach to problem-solvingThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working autonomously when requiredA robust commitment to workplace safety and following company processes
