Scania Assistance is seeking a proactive call centre specialist in Campbellfield, Australia, to handle 24/7 breakdown and recovery calls. You will guide customers through the process to a timely resolution and keep all parties informed with explicit updates.

Engagement with repair workshops and stakeholders will ensure mobility within reasonable timescales. A rotating 4-week roster and hybrid/flexible options support work–life balance.
