- Lead Parental Leave processes, ensuring accurate application of entitlements and legislative requirements
- Lead visa applicant and work rights compliance, including sponsorship-related administration
- Manage broader compliance checks and reporting across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Industrial Relations teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Support and oversee a People and Culture Administrator (direct report)

You will bring:

- 4–5 years' experience in a generalist HR/P&C; role, providing high-level advice, support, and guidance
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers, coaching and influencing them to improve team engagement and retention
- Experience supporting employee relations matters,

including performance management processes, workplace investigations, and grievance resolution
- Basic working knowledge of industrial relations principles, including exposure to modern award interpretation and an interest in staying current with Fair Work legislative changes
- Experience managing compliance-driven processes, ideally including areas such as health surveillance, visa/work rights, or parental leave (or a strong ability to pick these up quickly)
- Highly motivated self-starter with a methodical approach to problem-solving and task execution
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and analytical thinking
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR projects and processes with thorough planning and timely execution
