About the Role
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help keep the daily operation running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
- Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
- Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
- Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
- Inspecting rooms and public areas
- Monitoring productivity and workflow
- Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
- Handling guest requests and special requirements
- Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
- Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
- Supporting the team with daily operational issues
- Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, confident and ready to lead.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous Housekeeping Supervisor / Coordinator experience
- Experience with room allocations
- Experience using Opera and HubOS
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of housekeeping productivity
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and evenings
- Valid working rights in Australia
