The successful candidate will have robust craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and experience manufacturing, assembling, repairing, and installing high-quality furniture and cabinetry products.This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well independently and within a team, and is committed to delivering quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble custom furniture and cabinetryRead and interpret drawings, plans, and specificationsOperate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficientlyMeasure, cut, shape, and fit materials accuratelyCarry out furniture repairs, modifications,



and installationsEnsure all work meets quality standards and project timelinesMaintain a clean and organised workshop environmentFollow workplace health and safety proceduresLiaise with supervisors, team members, and clients as requiredSkills & ExperienceTrade qualification in Cabinet Making, Furniture Making, Carpentry, or related fieldMinimum [3–5] years’ experience in furniture manufacturing or joineryStrong knowledge of timber, laminates, veneers, and hardwareExperience using woodworking machinery and power toolsAbility to read technical drawings and plansHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilityStrong work ethic and time management skillsCurrent driver’s licence preferredDesirableExperience with custom residential or commercial fit-outsCNC machinery experienceInstallation experienceForklift licence (advantageous)
