Infosys in Melbourne is seeking a agile SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to drive EC projects and strategic enhancements. You will partner with HR and IT leadership to shape EC capabilities and deliver scalable HR processes.

You will own configuration, data governance, integrations with SAP systems, and biannual SF releases, while mentoring junior consultants and offshore teams.

Hybrid working arrangements are available and the role offers broad exposure across global teams.
