CES requires a motivated and reliable administration Clerk to join our Group Office team based in Wangara

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Administration Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to process to full-time in the future. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has strong people skills, and is confident communicating with both suppliers and internal teams.

About the Role

You will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring accurate data entry.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and has a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and within a team workplace.

Hours:
• Part-time – 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible start and finish times available

Key Responsibilities




• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Liaising with internal branch network staff
• General administrative support duties
• Maintaining high attention to detail across all tasks
