Revampt Cabinets is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join us during an exciting stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone confident across all areas of cabinetry — from building to installing — who wants to work closely with the business owners to help shape systems, standards, and the future direction of the company.
About the Role
As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you’ll be hands‑on across the full process: manufacturing, assembly, installation and problem‑solving on all our projects. You’ll also play a key part in refining workshop operations as we continue to build the foundations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high‑quality cabinetry and custom joinery
- Install kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke projects to a high standard
- Work closely with the business owners to improve systems, workflow and productivity
- Assist with planning, dry‑fits and quality assurance
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as the team grows
- Maintain solid attention to detail and uphold Revampt’s quality standards
About You
- Trade‑qualified Cabinet Maker
- Confident across both workshop and on‑site installation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to a positive culture
- Keen to be part of shaping a growing business
- Palette Cad experience an advantage but not essential
