MCI Australia is looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative Services Team, based in our Sydney office.

This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering standout events, has solid agency experience and is ready to grow into a more senior role within a well-structured, supportive and globally connected environment.

We're looking for someone with strong event delivery and logistics experience, combined with exposure to the creative, experiential and engagement-focused side of event production. Someone who understands how to transform great ideas into exceptional event experiences, managing both the practical delivery and the creative vision that brings an event to life.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead small to medium-sized corporate events end-to-end, from concept through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing the successful delivery of events and experiences from brief through execution




- Translating creative concepts into practical project plans and event outcomes
- Collaborating with strategists, creatives, producers and suppliers to bring ideas to life
- Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, logistics and production requirements
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, both creatively and operationally
- Supporting a collaborative team setting while continuing to develop your own skills and expertise

You’ll be supported to grow, challenged in the right ways and given a clear pathway to progress into a more senior role as your capability expands.

You’ll Bring

- 3-5 years' experience delivering events within an agency environment
- Experience managing corporate events from planning through to on-site delivery
- Exposure to creative, experiential or engagement-focused event projects
- An understanding of how creative concepts are developed and executed within an event environment
- Strong budgeting, scheduling and project management skills
- Excellent client and stakeholder management capability
- A collaborative mindset and calm approach under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for creating high-quality event experiences that deliver impact
