Infomedia seeks a Remuneration & Benefits Manager to consolidate global pay and rewards into a single centre of excellence. You will own the end-to-end total rewards strategy, including annual remuneration reviews, STI cycles, salary bands, and multinational advantages design.

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will partner with three regional HRBPs to ensure consistent outcomes across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas while shaping a true greenfield function with global scope.
