About the role

Devine Natural Spring Water PL is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Driver to join our team in Bendigo, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers across the region. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our natural spring water products and maintaining the highest standards of customer service whilst on the road. This role is essential to our business, as you will be the face of Devine Natural Spring Water PL when interacting with customers during deliveries.

Key responsibilities

- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols

- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers

- Inspect vehicles before and after each shift to identify any maintenance issues and report them promptly

- Load and unload products, ensuring goods are handled carefully and organised correctly in the vehicle

- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures or confirmations as required

- Provide excellent customer service whilst delivering products, answering basic questions about our natural spring water offerings

- Communicate with dispatch and management regarding delivery progress, delays or any issues encountered

- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained throughout the working day

- Comply with all relevant legislation and company policies regarding health and safety

What we're looking for

- A current,



valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicles you will be operating

- A clean driving record with no major traffic violations

- Previous experience as a driver in the transport or logistics industry, preferably in delivery services

- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes in the Bendigo area, or the ability to quickly learn them

- Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient route planning and delivery schedules

- Physical fitness and capability to lift and handle products weighing up to 15 kg regularly

- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanour

- Reliable communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst adhering to company guidelines

- A commitment to health and safety practices and compliance with workplace regulations

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early starts if required
