The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is seeking a Recruitment & Attraction Professional to deliver high-quality recruitment, attraction and candidate care services that support a capable, diverse and future-ready workforce.
This is a unique opportunity where the classification level (AO6 or AO7) will be determined based on the successful applicant's skills, experience and demonstrated capability.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment and selection services that support positive hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with business units to achieve workforce and resourcing objectives through effective recruitment and attraction activities.
- Coordinate and support recruitment and attraction campaigns to attract talented and diverse candidates across the agency.
- Maintain recruitment data, reporting and compliance activities to support workforce decision-making.
- Contribute to position establishment and position evaluation reviews to support organisational workforce requirements.

Applicants with extensive recruitment experience may also have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement attraction and recruitment strategies aligned to workforce priorities.
- Lead recruitment improvement projects and initiatives that enhance attraction and selection outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and best-practice advice to recruitment team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative attraction approaches and recruitment campaigns.
About You
You are an experienced recruitment professional with:
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes within a complex workplace.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- A professional, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are desirable.
